Wes Sanders - Biography

From his early musical beginnings to a vibrant career that spans genres and continents, Wes Sanders has harnessed his talents to establish a unique presence within the Los Angeles music scene. Building on a solid foundation from the Musicians Institute, Wes's career took a significant leap forward in 2016 when he joined the international touring group Taipan, which led to opportunities to perform alongside notable acts such as Kiss, Rammstein, Twisted Sister, Deftones, and Slayer.

His contributions to Taipan's first album, "Straight from the Underground", helped shape its unique sound, with a variety of guest artists including Tony Campos, Chris Poland, and Ahrue Luster. The album also benefited from the skilled mixing of Logan Mader. The second Taipan album, "The Nine Battlegrounds", further widened the band's collaborative network, incorporating members from Exodus, Ministry, Megadeth, Ill Nino, Warbringer, Hirax, Noble, Nocturnus, and Claustrofobia.

Wes's musical endeavors extend beyond the stage. He operates a studio where he composes and records music for various bands and film projects, and frequently collaborates with producer Seann Nicols at Nerve Strike Records.

Wes's collaborative spirit is evident in his work with various bands, such as Soundmankillz, Triplever, Every Dying Day, Kelle Rhoads, Blackout, Kimdracula Deftones Experience, Taipan and Metal Nights. Today, Wes Sanders continues to enrich the music scene with his passion, dedication, and unceasing exploration of new creative horizons.
